Great staff, great stay.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and stores.
Disliked: Hallways need updating but not really a satisfaction issue, just aesthetics.

I had a pleasant stay,...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Room was spacious. Washroom and shower were satisfactory.
Disliked: I wouldn't call what I had 'Kitchen Facilities'. The staff were not negative, but were not friendly. They almost had a 'no care' attitude. The Dining Room was closed and there were no restaurants within a short walking distance. The hotel needs an upgrade; very outdated decor.
