Much Needed Comfortable Rest

Liked: The bed was so comfortable. Just a nice, homey room. And the Continental Breakfast was wonderful. Too many choices, that I gluttonly ate too much.
Disliked: The neighbor upstairs. Walked heavy and late at night they must've decided to rearrange the room. Nothing towards The Ramada. Just wish people could be more respectful.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The front desk staff. He roomed us in an occupied room. It took us 35 minutes to get a room that i booked. I checked in earlier that day and informed the hotel that we would be arriving around 2100. Just to find out, we don't have the room. Staff was not very friendly, had no eye contact, and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Very, very poor customer service.We finally went to bed at 2300, and then someone was knocking at our door and trying to open it. Tired and exhausted and did get good sleep.The bathroom wall has feces stained on the wall, and the carpet has a stain that seems like a dog feces. No more Ramada hotel stay for me!

Good location

Liked: It had so much to offer around it or within minutes.
Disliked: The apartment style rooms smelled terrible and separate from the hotel. The furniture in those rooms were soiled and filthy. I didn't feel safe. We changed our reservation to the hotel itself. It was much better, but not well maintained.

Disliked: The FD agent wasn't understanding plane English. Not good. She needs to understand English.

Liked: Good staff, clean and working facility, nice beds and pillows, linen etc. Good price for what we needed, good location, great parking.
Disliked: Tired worn facility shows frayed edges.
