Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was marginal. The hotel needs some upgrading. My door jam was broken. My mirror was dirty. It just needed some updating not in great condition. The room had a very strange smell.
Disliked: Lots. The manager Ryan was extremely helpful and extremely nice. The lobby was clean neat and tidy.

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Shower/tub was filthy. Floor was filthy. Heater/air conditioner was extremely loud and difficult to control the temperature. Breakfast was lacking meat. No protein source offered except some boiled eggs. Homeless people in the parking lot. Crappy location. Unsafe. Excessive (like 6)email messages.

Disliked: Room smelled like urine and staff refused to acknowledge me when checking in even after I explained I booked online. I had to wait for another staff member to show up and help me.

Worst hotel I have stayed...

Liked: Not much. The family liked the shampoo and conditioner.
Disliked: My son’s sheets had holes in it. Room was muggy. Carpet squares on top of cement floor hard on joints walking around. Bed was uncomfortable and uneven on platform that I kept stubbing my toes on the one side of bed. Kitchen would’ve been great except we had nothing to cook with. Why have a room with a full kitchen if there is nothing in it to use to cook with. We stayed here because of work being done on house after flooding. We were looking to cook and not eat out. The food we did bring in, the fridges froze it. We turned down temp and it still froze everything. Not enough outlets in room. One of them didn’t even have a plate cover. One of the others had a bunch of extra cords plugged into it that looked like a huge nest with cords going every where. Breakfast wasn’t that great. Listing said it had a pool, no pool.

Liked: Had some confusion at check In but the gentleman was awesome about it and went above and beyond to meet our needs. He was awesome!!! Night shift guy, very nice.
