Disliked: Semi was parked outside running all night - nobody from hotel did anything to stop this annoyance.

Disliked: Curb appeal, hot tub not working, stains in sofa with burn holes in it.light lamp on one side of Ben didn't have a cord long enough to plug in..Refrigerator not defrost, windows in and through out dirty, whole building was very humid.bathroom tiles dirty.I was staying there with my mom for hospital appointments.1 bedThen a sign that says I can't eat breakfast in my room,plus staff not knowing English. I stay in about 6 hotels a year this is won of the worst.call me Anthony Heser 507 841 0980.

Disliked: The restroom was small and the sink was not next to the toilet but outside the closed door

Disliked: The frig was broken. They said they wud replace it but did not and gave no explanation why. The TV had only 1 channel.We had stayed there 2 weeks previous in a room and had no concerns

Disliked: The pictures do not match the facilities. No elevator, pool & hot tub were murky, room stunk like pets, ac made noise, microwave was old and didn't work, loud bathroom fan, stain in front of door that could possibly be blood.
