Ramada by Wyndham Sioux Falls Airport - Waterpark & Event Center

Liked: The staff was very friendly and informational. Overall our stay was great and the room was very nice.
Disliked: There was a little confusion after we were checked in because they also sent someone else to our room with keys and then realized that we were already checked into that room after the other people walked into our room.

A very friendly man greeted us when we checked us in (and out). We stayed in a clean and comfortable room. We were in Sioux Falls to attend the Summit League Men's Basketball tournament at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. The Ramada Inn provided us with a free shuttle to and from the tournament. We just needed to call the front desk at any time and there they were. We stayed there last year and intend to next year.

Was a good place to stay for a good price and great location for concerts.

Liked: Hotel offered a shuttle to the concert. Pools, slides, and hot tubs were awesome. Awesome bar in the pool area and awesome gaming area.
Disliked: Bar closed shortly after the concert was done. Had to go elsewhere for drinks after.

Liked: It has an awsome pool.
Disliked: No microwaves in regular rooms.

Great, 100% recommend!

Liked: The park, hot tub and 12 am check out time.
Disliked: On our day to check out, it seemed like they were waiting until later to open up the slide and hot tub.

Disliked: The was a fire alarm and the staff on duty at the pool didn't know what to do so they just got up and left without telling anyone they needed to leave the area. It took a maintenance man to yell across the hotel for them to understand. Train your staff better.

Liked: My daughter loved the water park and the restaurant attached was very convenient.
Disliked: Our bathroom tub had mold throughout the seal around the tub, and other areas of the bathroom clearly need to be fixed/remodeled including some drywall. I also have never stayed at a hotel where they clean the rooms every 3rd day, which staying 4 nights was a bit annoying. Ran out of toilet paper.

Liked: It was nice and the pool would have been great if I had been traveling with kids.
Disliked: The halls were extra hot and smelled like the watermark.

Liked: Staff was very nice. Kids liked the water park.
Disliked: The television in our room did not work. All the channels said no signal. The room itself was very very humid even with the air on. The towels were scratchy and some had holes. The toilet barely flushed. Everything in the room just felt very damp.

Liked: My kids loved the pool. The staff working at the pool were very attentive and kept it clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included. Also, the wifi was not good and kept losing connection.
