Ramada by Wyndham Sioux Falls Airport - Waterpark & Event Center

Liked: The staff was very friendly and informational. Overall our stay was great and the room was very nice.
Disliked: There was a little confusion after we were checked in because they also sent someone else to our room with keys and then realized that we were already checked into that room after the other people walked into our room.

A very friendly man greeted us when we checked us in (and out). We stayed in a clean and comfortable room. We were in Sioux Falls to attend the Summit League Men's Basketball tournament at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. The Ramada Inn provided us with a free shuttle to and from the tournament. We just needed to call the front desk at any time and there they were. We stayed there last year and intend to next year.

Was a good place to stay for a good price and great location for concerts.

Liked: Hotel offered a shuttle to the concert. Pools, slides, and hot tubs were awesome. Awesome bar in the pool area and awesome gaming area.
Disliked: Bar closed shortly after the concert was done. Had to go elsewhere for drinks after.

Liked: It has an awsome pool.
Disliked: No microwaves in regular rooms.

Disappointing

Disliked: Hard beds, bathroom wasn’t in good repair and very loud outside of our room until after midnight

Disliked: Front desk took almost more than 20 mints to complete check in process and their behaviour wasn’t friendly

Disliked: Dirty. Staff was rude. Breakfast sucked and was expensivex

Disliked: We entered the room to a messed up bed and an empty shampoo bottle on the counter..then we tried to take showers and the tub wouldn't drain so I checked train and pulled out globbs of hair....
