Ramada by Wyndham Sioux Falls Airport - Waterpark & Event Center

Liked: The staff was very friendly and informational. Overall our stay was great and the room was very nice.
Disliked: There was a little confusion after we were checked in because they also sent someone else to our room with keys and then realized that we were already checked into that room after the other people walked into our room.

A very friendly man greeted us when we checked us in (and out). We stayed in a clean and comfortable room. We were in Sioux Falls to attend the Summit League Men's Basketball tournament at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. The Ramada Inn provided us with a free shuttle to and from the tournament. We just needed to call the front desk at any time and there they were. We stayed there last year and intend to next year.

Was a good place to stay for a good price and great location for concerts.

Liked: Hotel offered a shuttle to the concert. Pools, slides, and hot tubs were awesome. Awesome bar in the pool area and awesome gaming area.
Disliked: Bar closed shortly after the concert was done. Had to go elsewhere for drinks after.

Liked: It has an awsome pool.
Disliked: No microwaves in regular rooms.

Its fun and you pay...

Liked: The waterpark. The kids enjoyed that
Disliked: The cleaning staff is not coordinated. Why they are always trying to go inside the room early in the morning while we are sleeping.

Liked: They kept the pool area very clean I was very impressed. The rooms were great. Except the door didn't close very well tou had to slam it.
Disliked: The shower could use an update was very old and didn't look clean although it probably was

Liked: Beds were soft
Disliked: Sliding patio door didnt work so we didnt get to use our balcony, the tv in the living room was so small we all had use the ty in the bedroom which was very inconvenient

Liked: The beds were so soft and comfortable, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly!
Disliked: The water slides were out of order during our stay. No toiletries in our room.

I would recommend this as...

Liked: We absolutely loved the hot tub! This would be an awesome place for a family with smaller children to enjoy the indoor waterpark:)
Disliked: The floors and locks could use some updating.

Liked: The restaurant on site was very good and the staff was great. The Waterpark had potential, but the kids area and the slide were both closed.
Disliked: Multiple things in our room were broken. We booked the presidential suite. The balcony door was almost impossible to open. The faucet in the wet bar was broken. The shower leaked all over the bathroom. The toilet was leaking. The elevator was broken, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We entered at door D and there was a lowered mulch bed right in front of the door that I didn't see while carrying luggage and tripped into.
