Ramada by Wyndham Sioux Falls Airport - Waterpark & Event Center

Liked: The staff was very friendly and informational. Overall our stay was great and the room was very nice.
Disliked: There was a little confusion after we were checked in because they also sent someone else to our room with keys and then realized that we were already checked into that room after the other people walked into our room.

A very friendly man greeted us when we checked us in (and out). We stayed in a clean and comfortable room. We were in Sioux Falls to attend the Summit League Men's Basketball tournament at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. The Ramada Inn provided us with a free shuttle to and from the tournament. We just needed to call the front desk at any time and there they were. We stayed there last year and intend to next year.

Was a good place to stay for a good price and great location for concerts.

Liked: Hotel offered a shuttle to the concert. Pools, slides, and hot tubs were awesome. Awesome bar in the pool area and awesome gaming area.
Disliked: Bar closed shortly after the concert was done. Had to go elsewhere for drinks after.

Liked: It has an awsome pool.
Disliked: No microwaves in regular rooms.

Exceptional

Great water park pool in...

Liked: The water park is amazing, but the facilities are run down and showing it. They should ditch the 1980s rusted out airport van - gives a terrible first impression. But it was clean and the pool area with slide was _the best hotel pool we've ever stayed at_ - thus worth it in the end. But understand that little things will be broken or rusted and worn around the edges. It is a tradeoff for affordable child joy. No extra charge for the water park use.
Disliked: Facilities could use an investment.

Good place to stay

Liked: Nice place, good location, clean, restaurant inside, good place to stay especially if you travel with kids and they love water parks.
Disliked: Too humid

Disappointing

Liked: The pools and waterslides were nice.
Disliked: There were large parts of the ceiling paint that were chipping off. The room across from ours had large gouges in the door. Numerous police were present in another room on our floor. We didn't really feel safe staying here.
