Liked: The staff was very friendly and informational. Overall our stay was great and the room was very nice.
Disliked: There was a little confusion after we were checked in because they also sent someone else to our room with keys and then realized that we were already checked into that room after the other people walked into our room.

A very friendly man greeted us when we checked us in (and out). We stayed in a clean and comfortable room. We were in Sioux Falls to attend the Summit League Men's Basketball tournament at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. The Ramada Inn provided us with a free shuttle to and from the tournament. We just needed to call the front desk at any time and there they were. We stayed there last year and intend to next year.

Was a good place to stay for a good price and great location for concerts.

Liked: Hotel offered a shuttle to the concert. Pools, slides, and hot tubs were awesome. Awesome bar in the pool area and awesome gaming area.
Disliked: Bar closed shortly after the concert was done. Had to go elsewhere for drinks after.

Liked: It has an awsome pool.
Disliked: No microwaves in regular rooms.

Superb

Liked: Suite room was huge. Clean.
Disliked: Kiddy pool was closed temporarily.

Very good

Liked: The Waterpark was so fun!
Disliked: There was a huge mixup with my reservation thru booking.com. Would have been nice to deal directly with you. Also got a call at 1:30 am asking if I was still coming when I was already checked in and there.

Expensive for outdated rooms

Liked: The water park and a pizza place open later in the hotel
Disliked: The room was like being at a motel. It was dark, walk in the blinds were half open, it was a little warm in the room and for a second didn’t think anything worked in there. Opened up the curtains to find stains not cleaned, the AC barely worked, the bathroom sink took forever to drain and door lock on side of the door was falling out. Did not seem like it was worth $225 for ONE NIGHT. So outdated and expensive for nothing but the small water park that you had to pay extra to go in.

Just an overnight stay while...

Liked: Hot tub was nice. Bed slept well.
Disliked: The staff just watched as kids threw balls from pool into hot tub & hit my fellow travelers in the head.

Disappointed

Liked: The woman at desk Alahandra (sp?) was wonderful in helping me when we were experiencing issues with our room.
Disliked: We were put in a room, #168, which should not be rented out. It was about 2 feet from a door to the outside that when closed made so much noise it made it hard to sleep. Then our toilet leaked and didn't flush well and the faucet was not secured to the sink itself well so moved. At the price we paid I expected a lot more. I did go to the desk the next morning, after not sleeping well, to let them know my concerns and that we wanted a different room. The woman mentioned above was very helpful and we eventually did get a different room which was much better. Our grandkids enjoyed the water park so that was a plus. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again though as it really needs some updating
