Liked: The staff was very friendly and informational. Overall our stay was great and the room was very nice.
Disliked: There was a little confusion after we were checked in because they also sent someone else to our room with keys and then realized that we were already checked into that room after the other people walked into our room.

A very friendly man greeted us when we checked us in (and out). We stayed in a clean and comfortable room. We were in Sioux Falls to attend the Summit League Men's Basketball tournament at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. The Ramada Inn provided us with a free shuttle to and from the tournament. We just needed to call the front desk at any time and there they were. We stayed there last year and intend to next year.

Was a good place to stay for a good price and great location for concerts.

Liked: Hotel offered a shuttle to the concert. Pools, slides, and hot tubs were awesome. Awesome bar in the pool area and awesome gaming area.
Disliked: Bar closed shortly after the concert was done. Had to go elsewhere for drinks after.

Liked: It has an awsome pool.
Disliked: No microwaves in regular rooms.

Liked: The kids had fun in the water park
Disliked: the door would not open or latch without a lot of struggles. There was no continental breakfast, so I brought food and my room did not have thew fridge that was described with the room when I booked. The food I ordered in the attached restaurant was wrong and instead of informing me and allowing me to pick something else, they just made something different. Quiet hours were from 11 pm to 7 am. There was a group of people who were extremely loud, woke myself and my kids up several times throughout the evening. I eventually went to the front desk to inform then around 2 am. The security guard was sitting in the lobby on her phone. The noise did not stop after informing the front desk. I had very little sleep. The pool was not clean.

Liked: i really like the price, one of the cheaper places in town and is great for families that want to enjoy the water park. Boston's Restaurant is delicious and even though i was only staying for a hospital visit, they made me feel right at home. I've stayed here in the past, rooms have been renovated and it is a comfortable spot to stay.
Disliked: The humidity from the pool can be rough as well as the chlorine smell. Other than that not a single complaint! Turn the A/C on and you won't even notice! Missing a few TV channels but the basics are there.
