Disappointing

Disliked: Rooms didn’t feel clean Dogs barking constantly - tried to call front desk no one would answer - went downstairs and no front desk agent there ended up turning tv up loud to spice hearing the dog- maybe it got dealt with after I’mUnsure but wasn’t awesome

Good value for the price...

Liked: The breakfast was great, a nice assortment of choices. The location was handy to everything in Sherwood Park. The bed, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable and the towels were soft and white.
Disliked: The hotel is an older one and could do with a make over.

Not your RAMADA quality you're...

Liked: Location was why we stayed there and most Ramadas are well kept. Affordable
Disliked: It's very run down. Needs complete face-lift. Paint on everything to cover damages, including sinks. Not the cleanest.

A cool and friendly neighborhood.

Liked: The front office staff were very friendly and professional. The room service service were wonderful. They kept the room very clean. The Kitchen staff tried to replenish the menu almost immediately.
Disliked: Your gym is poor
