We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Friendly Staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel appeared full but was VERY quiet.

Ok.

Liked: Breakfast was good.Labelling on what is gluten free should be on the bacon etc.Could have more gluten free options otherwuse decent.
Disliked: The foul air freshener pucks that triggered allergic reactions as to closing of the throat.Your staff was very helpful to remove it and supply a fan to clear the air it the room.My suggestion would be to have 2 or 3 rooms reserved for petfree and chemical free rooms that we can specify.Unless you are allergic most people dont rwact but there are VERY many people who are allergic to febreeze and all other " air fresheners".These things just cover over odours rather than clean the air and makes things worse.I AM a frequent customer to Ramada so some improvements in that area would be lovely .Thanks for your time..
