Liked: We have seen a decline in many hotels in the last few years. We were pleased with the hospitality of the staff, cleanliness, & the facility was well cared for. We have paid far more for far less.
Disliked: Our only complaint was the soap dispensers were installed under the shower head so I (the shorter one) got a wet face reaching for soap.

Liked: Value, the breakfast was on par toothed hotel chains.

Liked: Pool was clean and warm but there wasn't a clock. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Getting stuck in a handicap room and not being able to switch rooms. Also them taking $50 off card!

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Hot tub shown in many photos is no longer available. “Hot” Breakfast was cold. Sausage and eggs were not good.

Liked: Location to KICC was close and easy.
Disliked: Room was not clean. Booking pictures outdated. There is not a hot tub, when you look at pictures there is one in pictures which is specifically why I booked this property. I would have gone with a different hotel if I had known.
