Wonderful!!

Liked: It was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at on our trips to and from our 2 destinations. Staff was exceptional and the hotel is very clean!! I’ve marked it on our map and will definitely use this hotel for our future trips!

Disliked: My husband and I stayed for one night from 05/29/25 - 05/30/25 while being in town to see our 2 sons and 2 daughter in laws and our new 3 month old grand daughter! One of my daughter in laws is also 31 weeks pregnant. We invited our 2 sons and their little families over to have pizza in our hotel room and swim for just a few minutes with the 3 month old baby. My husband and I were wanting to just sit there and enjoy some new family memories with putting the baby in the pool water for the first time ever but our “fun” was cut off very fast by a male employee who refused to let anyone swim except who was sleeping in the room all night when I tried to explain to him what was going on he was very rude and told me “it’s hotel rules no one is allowed to swim unless they are staying all night there. This happened in front of a few others who were staying the night there already so it was embarrassing and very upsetting to my husband and I because we were really looking forward to having a great visit with our kids n others but that was not allowed to happen. The employee was NOT FRIENDLY and upon check in he was very rushed or aggravated n seemed very bothered. I come to this hotel because it said 8.4 rating with nice pool so i got it for us to enjoy n just relax but that was abruptly cancelled due to rules about guests and swimming that you don’t have posted anywhere. We feel this was horrible way to treat guests and we will never be back to this location!
