Ramada by Wyndham Seekonk Providence Area

I stayed here last week for an overnight to go to a show at the Rhode Island Connection. It was perfect - very clean and the staff was so friendly. I'm kind of sad that I didn't stay for a few more days. Anyone who has a show or anything planned near Providence stay at this hotel because it's conveniently located close to East Providence and there's a bunch of cool things around it too. Staff super friendly and helpful. Clean.

Functional

Liked: It was a place to sleep and close to the highway.
Disliked: I trusted this facility because it was a Ramada Wyndham. From my perspective it was more like a Motel 6. The walls needed paint. Dirty carpets. Bathroom very old. No breakfast. And the restaurant was closed. The staff were functional but not welcoming.

It was pleasant but warm.

Liked: The property was clean and the room was a nice big size. It was like being home.
Disliked: The air conditioner was not working and the vent from the door did not cool the sleeping area well enough. So it was warm.

Liked: The one was for the most part clean. It was a very large room, and the location was good.
Disliked: The air conditioning did not work. I tried to open the window to at least get some air in the room and the window cranks were broken along with other items in the room The staff refused to switch my room. It’s been over a week since I checked out. I cleaned the room before I left and yet I have not been refunded my hundred dollar deposit that I was charged.

Liked: The man who checked us in was wonderful. The initial room had a terrible odor so he put us in a better upgraded room. However, in the morning, I had asked for a late check out,12pm instead of 11. They were kind and agreed. However, the front desk male staff on duty harassed us by calling the room every 10 min until 11:45!!! They also did not bring a coffee maker to the room as requested, nor did they have coffee in the front lobby .
