Disliked: None of the pop machines workedI had requested cribs and they were not there. We came in late at night and this was a major inconvenience

Liked: I liked that the room was clean, a free shuttle service , and close to the airport.
Disliked: I did not like that the front desk attendant responded in a brief manner, indicating impatience, annoyance, or a lack of desire to engage. I also did not like the tacky restaurant lobby.
