Disliked: understaffed dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in room pictures misrepresented and they are aware and don't care all laundry is out of order with no intention of repair fitness room is a joke three old machines breakfast is very limited

The worst hotel Ive ever been at.
Liked: The property was poorly kept, in a bad location, and dirty.
Disliked: Staff was not helpful, they refused to cancel after they denied me the room I booked ahead of time, charged me 76 dollars for a night I didnt spend with them. They didnt advise any of their policies which are unusually strict for such a run down place. Overall, awful experience and I wont be returning ever again.

Disliked: No Airport shuttle. 3 Ramada Inns called "Ramada SeaTac." Easy to reserve the wrong one (I did) and not find out until you arrive by taxi. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Liked: Breakfast had a good selection.
Disliked: Had to switch rooms 4 different times due to maintenance issues in each of the rooms.

Liked: Nothing good to say about this place. It is literally not in great shape. I ended up leaving this hotel due to it not meeting standards. I was in town to have a major surgery and needed a cleanly ans safe room which this place didn't provide.
Disliked: 1st room was not secured or clean when checked it, microwave door was broken and it appeared to have Been burt. Door appeared to have been kicked in. 2nd room hair under the coffee pot so not cleaned. Card with email of manager not valid my email not sent
