Disliked: Room smelled really bad. Hall ways were dirty

Liked: The minute we walked in the lady behind the desk was in ruff shape and instantly made us worry. Room was disgusting, toilet had been urinated on bed looked like it was 40 years old and comforter was as old as the bed. We immediately went down to demand a refund and they lied and said wed have to go through bookingc.com and we complained to booking and they told us the hotel was responsible for the refund. We are still waiting. If booking.com doesn't make this right for working with such a filthy facility. We will never book through Trivago or booking.com ever again
Disliked: Staff from the minute we walked in, the room was disgusting, and the staff lied to us when we tried to ask for a refund. It was only 113 per night but it was worth 20. They also falsely adv and showed a picture of the holiday in and not the Ramada. We stayed at the Holiday Inn one block down for 20 dollars more. Never Again in SantaFe again

Disliked: The WIFI was not secure and my computer would absolutely not let let me get online no matter what I tried
