Liked: Overall the staff was friendly and courteous they went out of the to be as much help as they could. The rooms were neat and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast needs better attention, overall breakfast was understocked and no one monitoring it to get assistance or to restock, with a poor selection of food, fruit, drinks, danishes, bacon, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. Also, the website said they have a bar but it is closed and the staff had no idea if it ever be reopened. They need to update the coffee pots in the rooms to a more convenient Keurig style that just uses pods.

Disliked: I was charged $25 after checkout for a washcloth that had minor makeup residue on it — something that can easily be cleaned with standard laundering practices. No makeup wipes were provided in the room, and at no point was I told that using the washcloth to remove makeup would result in a fee. There were no posted signs, written policies, or verbal warnings about this during check-in or throughout my stay.When I questioned the charge, I was told the policy was listed on their website — but no such policy could be found. This felt like an unfair, after-the-fact charge with no transparency or accountability. I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel.If you stay here, be aware that you may be charged extra for using the linens in a completely normal way.

Disliked: The property is extremely rundown, unclean, and in a TERRIBLE part of town. The photos online do NOT accurately depict this hotel.
