Excellent stay and had everything needed.

Liked: Location; laundry.
Disliked: None.

Disappointing

Disliked: Rooms don't feel clean at all. Old and outdated. Worst part was no hot water in the showers, just luke warm water. It was not just my room. I heard other people complain about it to the reception. Not having hot shower is a huge deal breaker.

Liked: I stayed downstairs, The Look to the balance door was Brocken off, the room smelled like vinegar, the AC didn’t work and to top it all there dead cockroaches in the hallway.

Disliked: Our room smelled so bad! Heavy urine odor! The carpet was foul! There was hair on the toilet and in the bath tub!! The breakfast was a joke! Some bread and waffles... no protein options! When asked staff to refill breakfast items, they were highly inconvenienced to do their job...

The room rate is commensurate...

Liked: The room itself was clean. The beds are comfortable. Remove graffiti on the elevators.
Disliked: Use silverware and plates in the breakfast room. Use disposables only for those taking food out of the breakfast area.

Liked: Absolutely nothing it was extremely gross!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing it was extremely gross! The whole place smelled horrible and literally garbage bags lined the hallways. The rooms were gross. There was nuts falling from the ceiling. Anytime we left and came back our key cards never worked. But the worst thing was there was cockroaches everywhere and in my son’s room there was poop on the bed on one of the towels and a white stain on the couch, but I’m pretty sure was bodily fluids from you know what and not once in the whole three days, did they ever come into our room and clean? There was dirty trash all over the parking lot bottles filled with Pee, a used condom and prostitutes as soon as we were finished with our stay I went to the next and scrubbed the crap out of myself
