Liked: There was a pool an food you can buy.
Disliked: Air conditioner is a nob low an high an 1 vent for whole room. Was cooler outside at night. The pool guy stole my sunglasses when I went swimming at 6am in morning. Was no one else at the pool. I asked lady they had cameras she said no. There were TV monitors right behind her on the wall. Lies an thief an no air conditioning.

Worst hotel ever. Expected better...

Disliked: Staff was rude. Phones didn’t work. No toilet paper holder. Not enough towels or toilet paper. Found a live cockroach. No AC, just a vent that blew recirculated air. Temperature of room was hot/unbearable. Balcony was covered with bird crap. Old AC unit on wall not in use. Cracks and holes in swimming pool. Carpet was filthy. Clientele looked like prostitutes and indigents. Prior trash in room not cleaned up by maids. We left a day early - we couldn’t stand it anymore.

Disliked: They keep your deposit of you have a natural accident no way was there any damage the sheet was washable and they kept my deposit in a very rude way
