Horrible didn’t stay

Liked: Didn’t get to stay in the room, received the key and seen drug dealers at the building so went to try and get a refund never made it to my room. I got no refund and was disrespected. No care for anything. Poor customer service that place needs to be closed down.
Disliked: The drugs sales and staff, and the fact I literally checked in and five minutes after when I walked to the back of the building to enter my room tried to get out and had no help. They claimed they couldn’t even get in touch with the manager.

Liked: The front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. The room was clean.
Disliked: The entrance was rundown and didn't appear clean, the grounds were not cared for, and the hallway smelled like marijuana.

Liked: Nothing it just worked in a pinch. Left cellphone in room on check out called later and the cellphone was returned to us with no incident thankfully
Disliked: Was quoted for 2 beds for a certain price but got there got 1 bed for more than original quote, hallway stunk, Snack or vending it's expensive.

Disliked: They overbooked, when I arrived they gave a room with 2 double beds. When I asked about the king suite I booked they said it wasnt available. Bathroom was dungy in the room they provided.
