Overall, just what I needed.

Liked: It was clean and everything in working order. Nothing fancy about it, but for the price I’m happy with it. I just need a roof over my head and a clean room and I’m good which this did for me.
Disliked: They were doing remodeling RIGHT outside my door at 8:00 in the morning, ripping off wallpaper in the hallway, ripping off the room numbers on my door, and wrapping my door handles and everything in plastic to paint. Walked out into the hall to go check out and there was wallpaper ALL over the floor and had to carefully go around the construction crew on their ladders with all my bags.I’m sure the updates will be really nice, but was not a fan of the wake-up call on my last day there.

Superb

Liked: Close to where I had to be for business meetings.
Disliked: The cleaning/sanitizing solution that was used left a very strong and unpleasant odor in the room. The included "breakfast" was inadequate. We went to the diner next door.

Very good

Liked: The room was really clean, plus the private balcony was definitely amazing, I couldn’t ask for more. More than I expected I’m not going to lie about that.
