Ramada by Wyndham Reno Hotel and Casino

We will definitely come back...

Liked: Our room at Ramada was clean and quiet. The beds were nice, with soft, clean bedding and pillows. This hotel is a very good value, especially if one doesn't want to stay in the downtown area, even though it's close and easy to get there. The staff were very nice, helpful and polite. It's an older hotel, but well kept.
Disliked: There are a few places where the hotel seems run down, and the hallways were a bit dim.

Liked: Nothing it was a terrible stay
Disliked: it’s in a bad area. Drug addicts all around. Drug dealers out side in there cars all night and to top it off Ramada double charged me for my stay and are still saying my balance was not paid!

Disliked: Front desk manager did not want to do the upgrade offer Finally got 2 days of upgrade but had to change rooms the next morning. HOWEVER! Security almost broke the door down. Because they said they didn't have anybody checked into that room! The next day a sec/ maint. Person again unlocked our door and came in side the room! I complained to the manager at the desk She said she didn't have a clue what was going on! Said she would talk to the staff. We felt that we could not be sure others didn't enter the room and checked out early! Not acceptable!!!!!!
