Ramada by Wyndham Red Deer Hotel and Suites

I will never book here again! It was the worst 3 nights I have had in hotels. I'm a travelling salesman and I'm in hotels every week.

Disliked: It was a terrible experience and I will never stay at another Ramada! Dirty; negative staff.

Disliked: If the room space is little more than this it would be great .

Date Night Stay

Liked: The staff was super friendly and the water slide was alot of fun. It was clean and the water pressure from the shower head was amazing. The beds were comfortable and had a good blanket. It has everything you need close by with a Timmies in the same parking lot.
Disliked: The pillows were way too soft and made for a less then great sleep. The door keys had to be replaced a couple times throughout the stay and I heard that was common. The hair dryer in our room did not work and this was not addressed even though we mentioned it to the front desk staff. The hot tub also was not working in the pool area. Also the staff served the continental breakfast and it was uncomfortable the way it was set up.

Amazing

Liked: Wonderful experience! Breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was a full house on Saturday morning but the staff was excellent! They handled things very well. Also my daughter had won an award and left the flowers she got. An hour after we checked out we were able to call and retrieve them! That made her day.

Passable

Liked: The breakfast was good, hot and served by a pleasant young lady
Disliked: The hotel itself is tired and dated and is in dire need of any upgrade.

Liked: We were not able to check in early but we understand that ii was a weekend and very busy. The room was clean and comfortable. And we enjoyed our brief stay.
