Liked: The rooms were smelling weird.Smashed door in the bathroom and no hairdryer
Disliked: Very bad neighborhood Damp and smelly room

Conmfortable accommodations with yummy breakfast.

Liked: Location to gateway green and very good breakfast.
Disliked: Having to get towels, toilet paper and toiletries every day.

Disliked: Not clean surrounding, open drug market on the parking lot, not a safe place. We went with kids, an run away as fast as we can to Crown Plaza.

Liked: Staff was really friendly. And took the time to explain my misunderstanding. Excellent service, very cool people....
Disliked: Honestly, nothing I didn't like about. It maybe more secure parking, but would definitely come back again.

Stay felt like a budget...

Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was substantial, with eggs, sausage, and biscuits in addition to usual selection of breads and the ubiquitous waffle maker. Room was clean and tidy when I checked in. Bed was quite comfortable. Coffee was available anytime in the lobby from a 'made to order' machine.
Disliked: Facility is tired and needs to be refurbished. Spa wasn't available and workout room was minimal, with some equipment removed from my previous stay. Although clean and tidy, the room felt well used, with chipped edges and lots of signs of wear. One of the drawers was broken. Parking was a bit iffy as well.
