Exceptional

Liked: I wàs surprised to get what I asked for. I requested a room on the first floor and got it. Also the new fencing for security made me feel comfortable in the parking lot.

Disappointing

Liked: I ve always stayed at the Wynham as a preferred hotel.
Disliked: My last visit was fairly good except the room was way back in the rear on the first floor. I had asked to stay on the first floor due to disabilities. The bed was a king no size, but a bit uncomfortable. There was a noise I think coming from the ac/heater that was amplified by my hearing aids. All I n all it was a good stay.

Terrible location, bad vibe

Liked: Room itself was ok, Maria at the front desk very helpful
Disliked: Terrible location, felt unsafe. Dingy common areas. Also felt unsafe with some of the other guests, many of whom seem to be long-term occupants. Impression reinforced by visit from Portland police to room down the hall.

Our toilet got blocked and...

Liked: The room was fine, ground floor, plenty of space for us snd our dog.
Disliked: It was ideally placed for what we wanted to do while in Portland
