Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Plymouth

Terrible

Disliked: Room was so dirty! Dirty q-tips on the floor and a red substance all over the table.

Ramada and Booking.com have now...

Liked: It one thing-truly worst experience top to bottom we have ever had at a hotel
Disliked: Dirty, horrible help/staff (non existent), felt unsafe, broken sofa bed, one area was 50 degrees, another area never went under 76, ran out of breakfast, employee serving had no sanitary equipment, pack of smokes hanging out of his shirt pocket as we watched him pick up food utensils OFF FLOOR and put them back into food, was not a two bedroom suite as advertised

One is the worst hotels...

Liked: Not much
Disliked: Cleanliness was lacking. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there were spiders crawling from behind the bed, water stains on walls, carpet coming up, and several other nasty features. The staff does not police the people coming and going. The back door was constantly pried open and it felt like we staying in the projects. The people outside with having alcohol and marijuana parties. The entire building stunk like marijuana. It was scary to leave the room with guests having pitbulls and loitering all over the property. This definitely doesn't fit the Wyndham standards and I honestly wish I could be refunded. I would not recommend this property and will never stay there again!

Being charged 100$ for stains...

Liked: Charged me 100$ for stains on the bed that was already there BEFORE my stay. Didn’t take a pic cause I wasn’t known that they’d charge me on THEIR behave. Rooms had a smell, the pool doesn’t look clean. 30$ charged because I was there two hours early. Walls are so thin you can hear people on the other side. Place looks sketchy, but one of the biggest red flags was that the back doors would be opened during the night. Not sure if it was other people but you should ALWAYS check if all doors in the back are closed.
