Liked: Clean. Hot shower good location to I 29
Disliked: Small room. Breakfast gross. Didn t eat. Too much money for what we got

Website was deceptive. Room clean....

Liked: The location to our event but had I known the quality of hotel I would have stayed 15 or 20 minutes further away. My mistake.
Disliked: At the time of check-in, the person behind the counter kept answering the phone and discussing pickups at the airport. It took about 10 mins to get checked in. There was no coffee pot in the room and the coffee in the lobby was very poor quality. We were only given one key, and when I went to the desk to get an extra, I could never talk to the person behind the desk because he was on the phone the entire time. After waiting for 15 minutes, I gave up and went back to the room. There wasn't a placed to hang clothes in the room. The breakfast was very sad, twinkies and ding dongs! The coffee and breakfast weren't prepared at the posted times (was hoping the coffee would be better in the morning than it was the prior evening). Thought we'd try hot tea, and it was stained water coming out of the hot water container. The pictures on the website were not what was the actual room. The $50.00 deposit on credit cards was not known until you got to the hotel. I understand that on the debit card, but not on a credit card, I travel a lot, and this was a first for me.

Liked: Desk managers were friendly and responsive, especially the night manager. Maintenance person fixed the toilet water tank problem. Breakfast available in lobby. Bed mattress was comfortable.
Disliked: Toilet water tank leaked. Room didn’t have a hairdryer or coffee maker. Room was near the hall ice machine which was noisy. Duct tape on furniture to cover laminate that must have been peeling. Upholstered chair could use a cleaning

Good

Liked: I arrived at 1.30am. The staff were so nice. Very helpful..
Disliked: The coin operated machines for refreshments didn't work. No way to get snacks. after a long plane ride, it would have been nice..

A decent stay

Liked: I liked the friendliness of staff, the pool was nice. It was close to a grocery store, several banks, and several fast food places.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was gross and almost gone by 30 minutes after it started at each of my stays. The pool and hot tub had too many chemicals. Which burnt our skin.

Trip

Liked: Location right off interstate.
Disliked: There been some improvement but parking lot still needs repairs. Got to room bathroom was clean but strong bleach smell. Went to use microwave still had a old McDonald's sandwich in it. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Also cable or satellite was real fuzzy in and out. Even stranger was in Platte City Mo but weather alerts kept cutting in from Texas.
