Liked: Very comfortable bed and clean room. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Disliked: I wasn't a big fan of the online check-in. You were forced to answer questions such as arrival time when you weren't really sure when you would arrive. I couldn't complete the checkin without giving all my CC information and a photo of my ID. It made be uncomfortable.

Liked: A descent breakfast bar. Seen better but also much worse. Problems with pancake bar and it would have been nice if they indicated the flavours of muffins and bagels.
Disliked: Bathtub. Side to high for older people to get in or out of.

Liked: There was a kitchenette available in the room which was great. The fridge had lots of room and there was a sink to wash dishes/fill water bottles. Beds were comfy and the room had an amazing view of the area. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall, this is a very nice, bright hotel building and room. Close to some restaurants, gas station, and Walmart.
Disliked: The shower head was not adjustable (up/down). The breakfast area was way too crowded - there was no where to sit most of the time and we had to share tables with other parties more than once. I think they should provide more seating. Parking was also very full and it was hard to find a spot.

Great hotel for families.

Liked: Great location to visit Waterton National Park. Everything we needed for a family weekend (clean, very comfortable, welcoming staff and a pool) Breakfast is the usual hotel food, but the kids loved it. We would stay here again.
