Liked: This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first time was good but not this time.
Disliked: We reserved a smoking room 3 days earlier but when we got there were told they no longer had smoking rooms. Claimed it was a city ordinance, checked and the ordinance didn't go into effect for another 2 weeks. Was not advised prior to arrival of this.

Liked: I was actually surprised that it was as nice as it was due to the price. Loved it that they didn't have carpet in the room because the carpet always feels dirty.

Liked: The room was clean and the location is close to the interstate.
Disliked: The staff had to be someones to check in and then was not friendly. The hotel smelled (the room did not). The elevator had a spill or dog pee that was not cleaned up. The breakfast was cereal or muffins - nothing warm.

Liked: Was able to book last minute
Disliked: One of our beds was broken, light fixtures were cracked, the bedding had cigarette burn holes in them. This was honestly one of the worst hotels Ive stayed in. The cost should have been 25% cheaper . Pay a little more for a better hotel ,you wont regr

Liked: The front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. She was truly the hotels only saving grace and should be commended.

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: 1) stations on tv were very limited. 2) exterior light was not working at outside entrance door. Hard to use pass card. 3) strong smell of cleaning materials. I use a medical cpap machine and the odor was still in it when I got home.

Disliked: This place was disgusting! I went up to my room and turned around and walked out! There was no plate on the plug next to the bed, the box springs were disgusting! Stained! The bed spread was ratted, with spots of what looked like blood all over it.

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: The front desk clerk didnt seem to know anything about the hotels policies. She stayed on the phone all the time making personal calls, making it impossible to ask her a simple question. There was exposed wired in the room over the sink.
