Ramada by Wyndham Pasadena

The front desk personnel were great. Our room was the problem. On one of the beds the sheets weren't changed. They had blood and mascara stains. The pillow had hair. When we removed the sheets the mattress was even worse with stain. We weren't offered another room. They just brought new sheets and pillow cases. No one followed up.

Disliked: Moved to new room due to TV not working. 2nd room had stained dirty floor which I cleaned.

Liked: Good location for the rosebowl
Disliked: It’s very run down , felt dirty sticky floors stains in the bedding, could hear the upstairs room the whole time very thin walls , paid over $200 a night as the AC/DC concert was on defo not worth that price

Liked: I got a lot of rest there
Disliked: I couldn't get the heater to work so I used the room phone to call the front desk. No answer. I had to use my cell phone to call the property itself to talk to someone. That was frustrating.

It eas a decent place...

Liked: It was affordable.
Disliked: It was dirty and the AC wasn’t working.

Safe and convenient location to...

Liked: Safe location and loved the balcony facing San Gabtiel mountains.
Disliked: Beds should be replaced and rooms updated, along with maybe pressure washing hallways . It makes a presentable property.

Hotel sucks big time

Liked: Sorry to tell you but it was the worst hotel I’ve ever been Building is very old floor was waved no courting onThe shower air tractor was too noisy Breakfast was served on a brown paper bag like if I was in a shelter I asked for coffee and the employee wanted to give me the coffee kit and go to the room and make it there that was very disrespectful not only for me but for all customers Saddest part of this is that is very expensive Don’t worth what you pay for it
