Liked: I like the size of the room and would prefer if the jaccuzi was bigger.
Disliked: I woke up to a bug in the room and the jacuzzi wasn't working properly.

Unprofessional. Dismissive. Unsafe. Unresponsive. Inappropriate....

Disliked: When I arrived, a man I did not know stood extremely close to me at the front desk—within earshot of my personal information, including my room number. It was uncomfortable and inappropriate, and what made it worse is that the front desk agent said absolutely nothing. I had already stated that I was checking in alone, so there should have been no assumption of us being together.There were multiple men, and this man was not only hovering at check-in, but continued standing by me looking at the front desk woman looking at hear while she said everything to me. Only looking around periodically and you can check the camera footage.At no point did the front desk attempt to separate or redirect him, despite clearly seeing I was uncomfortable.Eventually, I requested to be moved to another room for my own safely. After she decided to say my room number out loud. I said to her “can you change my room since you did not ask this man to move away from me this entire time and he heard the room number?”The staff member complied only after I insisted but I received no acknowledgment of the issue, no sense of responsibility, no reassurance that something like this wouldn’t happen again and no professionalism. And she did not ask the man to move even after I verbally said this is an issue that she wasn’t doing anything.To be honest, the most egregious part is that now I don’t feel confident the front desk would prioritize my safety if something else were to happen. When I later brought up the situation again, the same employee who was initially concerned became visibly upset, cut me off, she attempted to excuse the situation by saying the man “doesn’t speak English,” which I found to be both irrelevant and stereotypical. Regardless of language, the safety, space, and privacy of guests should always be prioritized. She was so dismissive despite having just told me I could share my concerns with her.

Liked: The bedsheets, duvet, towels were very clean and the rest room was also very clean.
Disliked: Breakfast does not have enough varieties And, the open type dustbins in the room & bathroom were not decent enough.

Overall, good stay. Decent breakfast.
Liked: It was clean and quiet
Disliked: The reception area was stinking armpits!!! Please have some ventilation in that area or a candle Also, by 12 pm the access card just stopped working. We just got back to the hotel to grab our bags to leave and the card wouldn’t work. Husband had to run back to reception which was a minute walk and another building. It was inconvenient with 2 kids definitely.
