Liked: The staff was very nice. They answered our questions and were accommodating. I always appreciate the refrigerator and microwave combo. Fairly quiet. Great location. The beach is so close. It's a few feet from a restaurant and across the street from a grocery store. That was great. Dove products were nice.
Disliked: Parking is a little tight but not impossible. The faucet was wobbly but it worked. The safe did not work. My son was walking around without socks for a while, his feet were very dirty so we stopped that:) I didn't know that the $200 security deposit would be charged and then refunded. It stressed me out. I called all over town to figure out what the charge was for because I never received a receipt. I did try the front desk, they redirect me to a phone number who sent me to someone else who then sent me back to the property to speak with the regional manager. They were not at the property however, the young woman I spoke with the second time knew exactly what I was talking about and said the security charge would be refunded. It was, within 2 days.

Liked: NOTHING GOOD about our stay! There was apples bananas and oranges with granola bars for Breakfast OJ and apple juice. The products we had purchased was expired over 6 months. VERY POOR Service! Only House keepers were very helpful and kindhearted only staff willing to make our stay comfortable.
Disliked: POOR/WORSE. unpleasant event. They steal your deposit. The Manager makes excuse to keep your deposit. Half of the front desk staff is helpful. Room lights not working, Towels are ruff, Paint peeling, Expired Food, water leaking in room, Homeless people hanging all around the property Didn't feel safe no security on property. Take pictures and videos if you decide to stay.

Liked: Location is good. Stores and places to eat are within walking distance.
Disliked: The bedding was rough and not comfortable. The air conditioner seemed to work when it wanted to. The deposit is higher than most places, $200 for incidentals and needs to be paid in cash if staying longer than 3 days.
