Small rooms, but very clean; perfect for a quick visit to Oakland.

Liked: Short walk from the BART and London Square.
Disliked: Front desk was very friendly, but uninformed about public transportation - didn't know that BART is connected with Oakland Airport.

Had a good stay but...

Liked: The room was nice
Disliked: They charged my card twice when I already paid for my stay. Never gave me a call saying the accidentally charged my card no email no nothing. And when I called to express my frustration they didn’t have no type of car in the world.

Liked: The hotel was clean, spacious, and a block and a half from the BART station (which was the main thing for us). The price was unbeatable. The front desk was responsive.
Disliked: Downtown Oakland is a very strange place. It seems to be ghost city during the day, and a racing track at night. The breakfast at the hotel was poor and the noise from the street at night was loud and creepy.

Very comfortable and convenient.

Liked: The breakfast was nice - I like that it was early (6:30a). For a rehab hotel with tiny rooms, they were surprisingly well appointed. Good lighting. Good closet. Good bathrooms
Disliked: The bathtub should have non-skid runners and safety railings. And Downtown Oakland needs a lift! I doubt I would stay there again.

Passable for 2 nights max

Liked: The Hotel is 3 minute walking from the BART station and there are many options for food.
Disliked: The area feels somewhat unsafe, and the hotel appears older than depicted in the photos. Additionally, the environment was quite noisy during my stay.
