Liked: Nice and clean and the beds are so comfy

Fine for a short stay

Liked: Great central location. Room was clean and spacious. Coffee at breakfast/in lobby was good.
Disliked: Windows need updating - some traffic noise. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of options for those trying to eat healthily (or non-dairy). Mainly fried food and regular milk. Having a choice of milk/non-dairy spreads would mean more options. The fruit that I could eat wasn’t ripe and really hard. Only one person on reception, so things were slow at check in- a queue forms quickly. TV in our room was damaged, so picture had a large black spot. Just felt like it needed work.

Bed bugs in first room,...

Liked: Front desk was extremely nice
Disliked: We got there exhausted from driving hours on the road. Checked in and got to our room. We wanted to rest good for another long day ahead of us. Pulled out the blanket and sheets and found bed bugs in room 317. Called front desk to change rooms and she quickly changed our room and apologized. I was very cautious in this room and afraid of bedbugs so did not sleep well.
