Liked: Nice room. The breakfast is ok just wish they could mix it up a little bit. The same thing everyday gets old but its a ok breakfast. The inside of the rooms are updated but the outside is not eye appealing.

Liked: The cleaning could have been done a lot better than it was but other than that it was good

Just Fine hotel

Liked: I had a long wait at the front desk when I was checking in bc the clerk helped a disgruntled customer ahead of me despite the fact that I'd already waited 10-15 min at that point. The clerk was super nice and stayed calm, but I was way less than thrilled to be skipped over like that Also, more covers on the bed would have been nice.

Bad situation

Liked: Booked on line requested a lower level room,received confirmation that was good to go,then.Got there,and he changed the room to one king bed,then he asked other guest to give up there room,they did.but there was a party going on above us had to call front office he said he will take care of it.they partied till cops came 2am ,3 of them outside our door,we didn't sleep at all.

Liked: I really like how friendly, professional and accommodating the staff were when I asked for a new room. I thought they were going to give me a hard time but they were very understanding and helpful.
Disliked: I stayed at one of the double suites, and I was expecting comfort and cleanliness. I was very disappointed when I found out that there was black mold in the ceiling above the shower! Furthermore, the two wall units in the suite were not quiet, it sounded like there was an internal issue with the motor and the noise didn't stop at all. It was not a comfortable night for my family. As a result, I requested a new room and settled for a 2 queen room.

Liked: Having a lobby to meet up and just relax together for the evening.
Disliked: I didn't like that there was a security deposit charge but no mention of the security deposit on the website. I also didn't like that when you paid for 2 nights, but the keys only worked for one night and then you had to go to the front desk and have the keys re-done.
