Good place to stay and...
Liked: Coffee was good, check-in was good. Hotel shuttle to and from airport and comfortable beds..
Disliked: Seemed when I got there, alot of men hanging around the building that looked like they were part of a mob or family that ran something from behinds the scenes... Non smoking

Disappointing
Liked: The check-in and checkout process was very easy and straightforward. We really appreciated the price we paid—especially considering that, while there were a few things about the room we didn’t love, the bed was still comfortable, which made a big difference. The breakfast offered a decent variety; while it wasn’t a huge spread, there was enough to choose from. Since we arrived so late, we didn’t get a chance to explore the rest of the hotel, but overall, it served our needs for a short stay.
Disliked: We arrived late at night and checked in without any issues—the process was quick and smooth. However, as soon as we got upstairs to our room, I could immediately smell a very strong odor of cigarette smoke. I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant, and on top of that, I grew up in a household where people smoked indoors, so I’m extremely sensitive to the smell—it honestly makes me feel sick, and I can’t stand it.My husband went down to the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms. The person at the desk told us there were no other rooms available and suggested that we turn on the air conditioner to help remove the smell. He mentioned it was likely just a leftover odor from the previous guest who may have smoked outside and brought the scent back in with them. But it was very clear that this room had been smoked in—heavily. The smell wasn’t faint or passing; it was pervasive. At that point, I was frustrated and tired. We had arrived late and had very little time left to sleep before needing to be up again, and now we were being asked to wait and see if the AC would fix the issue. We were both exhausted and just wanted to get some rest. I really would have preferred to be moved to another room, but I understand that these things can sometimes be complicated. That said, while sitting in the room trying to tolerate the smell, I checked online and saw that there were, in fact, other rooms still available at the hotel. I’m not sure if the staff member meant there were no other deluxe rooms available, or if he was simply trying to have us manage the situation rather than move us. Either way, it added to my frustration, especially since a different room could have made a big difference for me.
