Disliked: I didn’t like anything in this hotel not even 1star the deserve it. It’s very bad hotel. I don’t recommend it to anyone to take a chance to deal with this hotel.I have to stay because you already charge me and I can’t cancel or refund the money

The worst stay ever

Disliked: Despite booking two rooms under one reservation, the hotel mistakenly charged me for four rooms. After speaking with a representative from Booking.com, I confirmed this charge was incorrect, and I am now in the process of filing a formal complaint. Unfortunately, the hotel staff offered no support—despite this clearly being a system glitch, I was told to resolve the issue myself.On top of that, the rooms were in unacceptable condition. There was no fridge—an essential item, especially when traveling with small children. The carpet was torn, the room was dusty (I have photos as proof), and overall cleanliness was severely lacking.Additionally, parking at the hotel costs $23 per night, while parking right next door is only $15. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Liked: clean, not too far to walk to Fall. Approximately 1 km
Disliked: We had to ask for a fridge to be brought to the room and then wait for it to be delivered. I think at check-in they should have asked if we were going to be wanting one knowing that they are portable and not stationed in the rooms.
