Very good

Liked: The rooms are always clean, the staff is friendly. The hotel is in a great location, which makes it easy to get around.
Disliked: I'd love a working plug in the bathtub....not major. I just love a hot bath.

Just ok.

Liked: The walk to the hill wasn’t awful, about 10 minutes . Parking was easy and more affordable than most other hotels in the area .
Disliked: I was told their was mini fridges in every room before booking but only family suites had microwaves, also lists a roll away bed is free however that wasn’t the case it was 10/night for each of these things. The pool was super cold and when I asked for extra blankets I was given one fleece throw.

Liked: There was a couple on our floor that were arguing and screaming late into the evening made it difficult to sleep or feel comfortable
Disliked: No fridge in our room

Disliked: There was no microwave or refrigerator, bathroom needs improving and need more good channels on the tv.

Disliked: The pool situation, I have mobility issues , up and down stairs to go swimming doesn’t make senseIHOP that is connected with your chain of hotels is waaay to expensive
