Liked: Good location, just a short walk to Westfield. Really comfortable rooms. I had a motorway facing room and honestly the sound didn’t bother me at all, it was almost like white noise.

Liked: Bed, pillows, quiet room and spacious family room for 3, mall just opposite, free coffee in reception, parking
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Close to the mall and restaurants, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Have stayed twice and I’m sure we’ll be back again if we need accommodation in Auckland
Disliked: I can’t say I didn’t like anything apart from fresh air in the studio rooms but that’s just me most are fine with that.

Great stay & Would definitely...

Liked: Great stay! This was my second stay here and I will be back again! The property was clean and well maintained. The handy morning coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. My room was comfortable and quiet, making it easy to relax after a day out.
Disliked: Nothing this time and I was happy to see my feedback from last time was taken on board!

Liked: We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a great experience. The place was very clean and comfortable, with modern facilities. The mattress was super comfy, and the kitchen, washing machine, and dryer were extremely convenient. The heating was more than sufficient and kept the room nice and warm. It’s just a short walking distance to the Newmarket mall, which is incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again next time.
Disliked: We stayed next to the highway, and it was quite noisy at night, but it didn’t affect our overall experience during the stay.
