Liked: The room was warm and confortable.
Disliked: The cleaning could have been a bit better, and I really wish the bathroom had benchtop space.

Excellent room with a view

Liked: The suite was excellent and very roomy. Bed was awesome and all the amenities in the room were a treat. Great view from our balcony of the Sky Tower. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a great stay

A great stay every time...

Liked: This is my preferred hotel option when we come to Auckland, it is a great location easy to get on and off the motorway, handy to the shops and mall, great restaurants handy and its value for money. It’s super clean, beautiful comfy beds and pillows and secure and undercover parking ($30 a night).
Disliked: If I have to be picky then I’d say when I stayed 2 nights I had expected my room to be remade but it wasn’t then I saw that there was a card behind the door asking the room to be remade. Be good to know from reception at checkout that you need to display the card for your room to be remade. Maybe a few more punnets of milk in fridge too or option to purchase a few more. Thanks
