Disliked: The room was dirty the night table still have food stuck on it. The bathroom sink has mold no hot water so basically I pay for one. I couldn’t shower because the water was cold.

Liked: Location was convenient for the trip we planned to visit with family and friends. But that was the only good thing.
Disliked: We had NO hot water for the duration of our stay. We mentioned this to the front desk about an hour after check in, the guy at the desk said he would have maintenance check into it. Hours went by, no hot water. Paid a decent chunk of change for a hotel with the intention of being able to shower after a long day in the car to get ready to go out at night. Then considered showering in the morning before checkout but STILL no hot water. When mentioned to the front desk again at check out a different guy pulled out a map of the rooms with no hot water with some excuse about the boiler but no offer to refund all or part of the stay. Just that nothing could have been done about it. There was no cell service( not their fault) but the WiFi didn’t work either. The NON smoking room stunk like stale cigarettes.

Disliked: The room that we were shown was nothing like what we got. It smelled, and all the furniture was stained and ripped. It was just dirty. There was a sticky catch mat behind the bureau for bugs. The wall was coming apart. There were 2 TVs and only 1 remote, and the tv in by the bed didn't have a remote, so you had to get up and shut the tv off. If we hadn't been traveling all day, we would have definitely gone somewhere else.
