Pool party ruined our stay!!!!...

Liked: The staff was amazing! Very respectful and sweet. We will be back only because of the staff!!! The beds were very comfy to sleep in and the rooms were dated but clean!
Disliked: The hotel now rents out the entire pool area for kids birthday parties. We reserved a pool side room to be able to enjoy the pool on our ONE night away. The party lasted from 4-9pm. the party was so loud we had to change rooms twice. When the party ended we were not able to even use the pool due to the area being left in a disgusting mess. The pool had a nasty film on top of it and had hair floating, there were wet towels left on the ground, chairs left and laid over, toys left in the water and all around, wet soaked swim vests left hanging off on the walkway and half in the water.

Pleasant Stay during the Solar...

Liked: Check in was easy. The room was very clean and spacious. Our stay was extremely quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: N/A

Superb

Disliked: Bath tub drain wouldn't plug so no bath for my child. The air conditioning was terrible, had it set all the way down to 50 for minimal relief. Room had trash in drawers upon arrival. Toilet barely flushed, had to mess around in tank of Toilet to flush

Liked: The beds were comfy
Disliked: The room was not very clean, broken door frame on bathroom, blood spots on the ceiling, cockroach in the bathroom.
