Liked: Love the view from my balcony with the creek it was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were very friendly here as well.

Liked: The creek side balcony.
Disliked: The manager was very rude. We will never stay at this facility again and just for that reason.

We came to relax and...

Liked: Location was very good easy to find. Breakfast was good had several different choices ...I like hot breakfast eggs sausage and such husband yogurt and fruit line so wonderful choices.

Liked: Location was in Maggie valley NC, which I picked, so ok. Creek in the back was nice.
Disliked: Very loud. Dogs barking, doors slamming, bathroom door didn't open all the way or stay closed. Breakfast was awful. Sitting outside smelling cigarettes was awful. Walking in or out the front door through the cigarette smoke was awful, I have be breathing issues so inhaler was used quite often there. Was told the pool was heated... Nope, freezing.

Coffee pot nasty couldn’t use...

Disliked: Wasent clean and big chunks hair floating in the swimming pool with a brown stain all the way around the pool indicating it was not clean
