Property gone downhill and just...

Liked: The only positive thing about this place is the good location.
Disliked: This place has gone downhill. The rooms are dirty. Everything is broken and the staff does not care. The hot tub has nasty garbage floating in it. Pool is freezing cold. Hotel is hot. There is no elevator so plan on carrying your bags up 2 flights of steps. One person barely speaks English. The bathroom in the lobby is DISGUSTING so much so that I took a picture to post in this review. Garbage laying on the floor everywhere. My room was awful. The bathroom was dirty and moldy shower curtain, phone didn't work, tv remote didn't work. Toilet seat was broken and makes you slide off the toilet. Toilet was so messed up it took 2 days for them to fix it, wasnt till the second day that i got a working remote. The AC barely works and makes strange annoying sounds all night long. They didn't fix the phone and didn't care it was broken. Even after having all these problems in my room no one even offered to switch to a different room. You have to find a housekeeper and beg for towels and TP!! The sheets will not stay on the bed either! I won't be back here. It's not worth the amount of $ I spent.
