Disliked: Mold on balcony , very very nasty wallpaper coming off walls no air conditioning do not sign any paperwork without first seeing room continental breakfast was watered down coffee and a granola bar

False advertising. There was no...

Disliked: My reservation indicated that breakfast was included. It was written into the reservation. When we went to breakfast all that was there was coffee. The person at the desk said we could have a discount at one of the area restaurants. That was it.

Good

Not great.

Liked: Ok location.
Disliked: The carpet was wet. There was a giant stain near the back of the TV., near a bunch of cords. I was just too tired to ask for another room. I had to wear sandals in the room otherwise id soak my socks.

Liked: The only positive thing is the presence of the balcony
Disliked: The carpet is wet and has a smellWebsite says breakfast, no breakfast was served. There's coffee, cereals but no fruits, bread, eggs, cold cuts or whatsoever

Liked: Location was good; beds were comfy
Disliked: No Breakfast options, they just provide coupons to buy one get one in other outlets.

Not bad for the money...

Liked: The beach area was nice. It's close to downtown and all the shopping. It was cool to be able to watch the boats launch and dock from the island and watch the parasailors. The pool area looked nice, but we didn't use it. Overall, the room was clean. The lady at the counter and the maid ( I believe the maids name was mavis) were both very pleasant)
Disliked: The ceiling in the bathroom had a little spot of black on it and there didn't seem to be much for breakfast. But we didn't take a good look at the breakfast area because there was a restaurant we really wanted to try. We were going to book again for the end of next month but saw that the price almost tripled what I had paid (I get tourist season but that's a steep price hike).

Did not meet expectations

Liked: Close to the ferry, front desk clerk was friendly
Disliked: Room and beds were dirty, the bathroom had mildew, there were metal bits sticking out of the bed and bugs in the light fixture. Free breakfast was advertised but it was just coffee and granola bars.
