Liked: Location. Beautiful Lake Huron Beach Location. Right next door to Mackinac Island ferry. Outside balcony was very nice and had a Bridge view. Price was great.
Disliked: No breakfast, only coffee. Outdoor hot tub was full of lawn chairs. Indoor hot tub wasn't HOT. Owners are letting a very nice hotel get run down. Bed looked great but didn't feel great!

Disliked: Reservation was supposed to have free breakfast. Only bogo at a local restaurant and very pricey. Misleading information. Would have chosen different property.

Overall the beds were nice and comfortable.

Liked: Their was no breakfast. They closed the breakfast room 1 week before we came. Breakfast should be offered whenever hotel is open.
Disliked: The room was clean, but the room was missing many normal items. Room was missing, Kleenex-very important for people with allergies. Refrigerator had leftovers from previous night. It had coffee but only decaffeinated. I wanted caffeine. And the office did not have anything fresh and ready. They only had 1 coffee cup? Usually 2 people are staying.

Liked: The clerk at the desk, was very very helpful and pleasant. She was on duty my entire stay, but every time I called the desk she was very pleasant. Even though the hotel was understaffed, she answered every question.

Disliked: The room was kind of dark, only 2 lamps. NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED! Shame on me for missing that when reserving. Breakfast for 2 will cost you $40-$50. daily, unless you have a coupon to save 20. Coffee pot makes 1 cup at a time. Bring toaster & Keurig.
