Liked: The pool was cleaning me. The staff was amazing. The beds on the other hand could’ve been a bit more comfortable.

Disliked: Someone told my husband he couldn’t look at the pool at 8:45 am because it didn’t open until 9:00. He only wanted to look at it. Wasn’t dressed to go in the pool.

Liked: Staff was great, location is always perfect
Disliked: The water took a veerrryyyy long time to heat up in the jacuzzi tub, but the lady at the front desk was on top of it and it did eventually get hot.

Disliked: I could completely hear the neighbors carrying on and causing a ruckus waking me up out of my sleep after midnight. I talked to the office and they allowed me to promptly change my room.
