Good value for money
Liked: The beds were comfy , quite a sleek design. Room was a decent size, good location out the window was a good view, check in was simple staff seemed nice and helpful.
Disliked: The floor got very very wet when had a shower due to the design of the splash guard, there was a bit of muck splatted on the wall. Tv batteries died on us so had to ask but they resolved it quickly ,

Comfortable and value for money.
Liked: Location was closed to Leeds City Centre, Motor Way, Park & ride, restaurants & shops. Very accessible to everything.
Disliked: Breakfast satisfactorily, but was not great either.

Convenient stop-off, but need to...
Liked: Excellent location on the M1. Staff were very friendly and helpful but not enough of them. Lovely cooked breakfast.
Disliked: There was a feeling of 'not quite clean enough' throughout. There were bits on the floor in the room; mould in the shower, even though it's a new build; smears on the cutlery in the restaurant; patches on the corridor carpet where spills had not been cleaned up properly. Was surprised to find that for multi-night stays room cleaning was by request and we never saw a housekeeping trolley over two days. All in all, not what I would expect from a Ramada.
