Dirty place and rude staff

Liked: Wifi was really fast which was the only good thing about our stay there.
Disliked: I don’t usually write bad reviews—it really takes a lot for me to get to this point.The only positive was the Wi-Fi, which was impressively fast. Unfortunately, everything else fell short.. The hallways were dirty, and the room was in a poor state—there was fluff on the desk and headboard, and the bathroom sink had yellow stains as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.The carpet was visibly dirty, and even after we got room service, no one bothered to hoover it. We raised our concerns with reception, and although they did send someone, it turned out to be the chef. She was genuinely kind and tried her best, managing to clean things up just enough so we could spend a few hours in the room.Overall, a very disappointing and substandard experience. Definitely not worth the money.

Liked: Always plenty of choice of restaurants and good location
Disliked: Sink didn’t drain blocked Toilet flush not good And room temp gauge didn’t work

It ticks all the boxes.

Liked: Every time we come stay in Leeds for our homeless project, we always stay at this hotel. It’s perfect in all aspects.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
