It was not bad, but...
Liked: I liked the service of the lady at the front desk.
Disliked: I didn't like the breakfast, and also there was a cockroach in the room.

Disappointed!
Disliked: The room was musty and we could hear through the walls. I could hear every vehicle drive by on the highway. We even had to call the police because people were screaming and fighting in the room next to us late at night. This hotel is over priced.

I’ll probably be back next...
Liked: Breakfast was ok. I liked having Raisin brand, OJ and coffee. Bread, bagels and pastries looked good but I was happy with cereal. Room was clean and office personnel were friendly and helpful.

Bad
Disliked: The staff did not accept us at the hotel inventing an excuse about an overbooking with booking.com.As there was a festival on that day, the clearly gave our room to someone else and didn’t even bother to provide another room or a solution.We had to find another hotel at 1 hour of distance and paid more than double of the price.This is not how you treat customers that have a booking confirmation.Dishonest people.
