Ramada by Wyndham Lake Placid

Liked: The room was very big and the amenities were what we needed.

Liked: The hotel was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice as well.

Liked: Weekday and night staff very friendly, weekend staff not so friendly. Stayed for 10 days, requested to have room cleaned but no one showed up.
Disliked: Stayed for 10 days requested to have room cleaned, no one ever showed up. A lot of the machines are broken. The continental breakfast is definitely from one of those third world continents!

Disliked: outdated, poorly maintained and cleaned.

Liked: Location, staff and mostly everything was great! I was allowed to do early check in which was such a relief as we were in town to visit my sick Dad and didn't want to check in later. Just drop our things and go see Dad.
Disliked: The pool closed at sundown instead of 10 or 11 pm like most so I couldn't relax by pool after stressful days. There were also A LOT of ants in pool area. Needs sprayed for them.

Liked: Bothing
Disliked: Mold, smells bad, poor costumer service.

Disliked: Roaches crawling on the walls . one was in my coffee cup in the morning. Would not recommend and definitely would not stay there again.

Disliked: TV control was not working and the air conditioner on room 108 was extremely noisy. this Hotel needs renovation badly
