Liked: Clean bed, nice comfortable mattress
Disliked: Experience was horrible. upon arrival the front desk let me know as i’m checking in for my room that they canceled my booking and that the money would be refunded. I only booked this room because of the deal on booking. Ramada is running a scam after I asked why and they said website issues. Then i asked to just pay for that room and they played games saying it wasn’t avails any more. Horrible customer service from old lady at front and did not offer us any positive incentives to stay. But since i was already there i went ahead and bought a different room they were offering for $100 more than they were advertising and a $200 deposit again not advertised. Watch out, very low maintenance property looking for any dollar they can get.

Liked: This property is the worst place. I’ve stayed in my entire life.
Disliked: I didn’t like anything about the property, including the pool that was empty and the people and the condition of everything including the hair in my bathtub and broke tiles and mildew everywhere. I was afraid to sleep in the bed thanks for $200 wasted.

Passable

Liked: It was clean, and maria in the front was helpful and kind.
Disliked: The door key was not working. I had to go back to the front to get it set up again and it still didn't work. But then I called and Maria came to help me with a new set of keys. The room was good and spacious. It did have some stains on the couch and the main thing I use on my trips is the hair dryer. In this room it did not work at all.

Disliked: where to start. Arrived to 3 cop cars in parking lot . tight parking spaces, pool not working. Hotel check in was ok, but the room had a gap underneath it - about 4 inches high from the bottom! all doors were not put on right, all were crooked, room smelled, every surface we touched has sticky stuff all over it including bathroom sink, wall was sprayed with stuff like someone was trying to do graphitti or something. doors not secured, in the back of the hotel, the door was wide open, hotel smelled like smoke, bathroom old and dingy

Liked: The staff is kind, and understanding. They are fantastic people here. I watched the staff deal with a disrespectful customer and the person at the desk remained calm and respectful to the customer.
Disliked: NA
