For a Ramada quite Dissapointed

Liked: There was a lot of money and work invested in the outside appearance. Outdid building and area nice
Disliked: First floor room & bathroom was dirty. Flies around sink. Carpet filthy. Trap door on floor (questionable) soft spots in floor. No bread or coffee out for breakfast. I had to clean my room & bathtub before my family used.

Disappointing

Disliked: Things were dirty, toilet broken, and staff wanted to charge us for spilling a drink on the bed sheet.

Disgusting, saw 7 rooms &...

Liked: What we liked? Hmmm...Staff showed us 7 rooms to try and find a clean, safe room for us. I appreciate the effort. The staff offered to give us bed sheets to put on top of everything so we can feel comfortable, as diabolical as that is I guess that's nice of them!?
Disliked: The facility was disgusting. The first room had super dirty carpet, carpet was not even probably glued to the floor, it was flapping. The kitchen cabinets were broken! The sofa was stained and just nasty. The other rooms we saw were similar but a few had a really heavy cigarette smell. One of the rooms they showed us had non working lights. I understand they are renovating but this is a hotel you find in the hood for a hood party not at all where you take your family.

Liked: Didn't like anything at all. Super disgusting. Staff was rude.
Disliked: Staff was extremely rude. Hall ways were absolutely disgusting and looked like they'd never been cleaned. Room had a smell and the shower was broken.
