Wish we could have stayed...

Liked: Beautiful facility, clean, incredible view, friendly staff.
Disliked: The room was a bit small. The toilet paper holder can’t be reached from the toilet!

Well priced, quiet, nice view,...

Liked: There wasn't any breakfast, just coffee, apples and oranges. I would love to have had some bagels, muffins, cream cheese, jam. Something simple so that we could get on the road. However, the Tim Hortons was very close. I was worried that it would be noisy and pleased it wasn't. The view was great. We had supper at the attached restaurant and it was amazing. As a matter of fact I will be back tomorrow with a different friend! The location is close enough to go to the Shaw plays and multiple wineries and restaurants. My friend was coming from a different direction and we were kindly told we could leave 1 car there while we went to NOTL. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I mention a coat/clothes hooks were needed and a mirror outside of the bathroom so one could get ready while the other was in the bathroom Apparently they are being installed soon. We did not swim in the pool because the chlorine smell was so strong.

Liked: Was a little afraid bc of some of the reviews but happy we tried it! The hotel is renovated which means a little bit of old mixed in with new. It was very clean, staff very accommodating, great views and no concerns about getting food, Doordash delivered to us there. Each room has a balcony and great water view!

Liked: Size of the room was nice...didn't feel cramped. Mattress was decentThere is nice view to appreciate, if it's not raining.
Disliked: Checkin was a strain...security deposit is not a hold on card like other hotels. Jordan hotel adds charges to your amount billed...then credits back after few business days. Nice little system! Also, effectively takes away your ability to pay cash. Wi-Fi provider requires personal info to sign in!!! Sometimes also kicks you out. Plus, was kinda slow.Pool does not provide any private area to change or shower, guests are expected to return to rooms with wet swim gear as per front desk response. There is a hot water issue that according to front desk, the hotel is aware of. However, is not correcting according to previous reviews that also commented on this week's prior. As luck would have it, we also dealt with power outage for couple hours...not necessarily hotels issue, but certainly didn't add to quality of our stay
