Liked: Like the view of the hotel but the front desk was not good enough to help us when we found some bed bugs in are bed we at to drive home 2 h drive and it was 10:30 at night whit are kids the first time I call her she tell me she at just 1 room available whit 1 bed and I tell her that was not good for us and she tell me I can bill you a other room that was the end ,we when to se her give her the proof and we leave

Disliked: The pool opens late at 9am

Liked: Liked the room and the view from the balcony. The pool was a good size and warm.
Disliked: The hot water takes a long time to get warm in the morning and wasn't told this ahead of time.

Horrible experience

Liked: I stayed at your hotel from April 2nd to 3rd while considering booking 45 rooms for a family wedding in October, along with a two-week stay for my mother. This will obviously not happen at this hotel. I’ve stayed at your property three times in the past, but this recent visit was a completely different experience, and not in a good way.The woman at the front desk seemed completely uninterested in helping. She wasn’t prepared to show me the king suites even a picture that I asked to see for my mom, so I ended up walking her through the place myself. Throughout the interaction, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being looked down on. Whether it was because of my background or some personal bias, it came off as rude at best and discriminatory at worst.What really sealed the experience was when she ignored me mid-conversation to talk to a dog and its owner while the dog started licking my shoes. I’m all for pets, but that was gross. In a hotel lobby, it was completely out of line. It’s all on CCTV if anyone cares to check.This felt more like a poorly run hostel than a proper three-star hotel, and it still doesn’t have an elevator. I won’t be coming back, and I’ll be advising friends, family, and GTA law firms or any of my connections/network to avoid this location for any sort of event.

Liked: Staff were helpful and friendly Rooms were renovated but there was no closet or place to hang clothing Toilet was not clean but rest of the room was ok.

Exceptional

Liked: Excellent location and truly pet-friendly. Beautiful view, great pool, and an amazing restaurant. The staff was also very attentive and welcoming.

I would stay again.

Liked: The view was amazing!! I had ordered a king room but they gave us a queen room with the amazing view with it. I was very satisfied that night
