If I ever return to Jacksonville I will stay here without thinking twice.

Liked: Ladies at the front desk were very helpful. They had printed out directions to the concert we were attending.
Disliked: I couldn't take my breakfast to my room.

Liked: The receptionist was great
Disliked: The first room I was in smelt like mildew really bad and the second room there was bed bugs. We ended up checking out and going home

Worst option in the area

Disliked: The whole building is under deep renovation works, smells bad, and paints and construction materials are all over the place. Internet does not work in floor 2, elevator was not working, and staff and the front desk is rather unfriendly.

Disliked: They need to update things like water supply, there was no cold water

Disliked: Swimming Pool not open, Television out of date and no remote, When I asked for a remote, I got one that only can change channels and switch the TV on and off. Elevator in bad state and breakfast is a mere 4 or 5 things on a small table.

Disliked: Parking..I guess an event was going on there and it took 30 minutes to find an parking spot...
